    Welder Mechanic

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Welder Mechanic who possesses a solid understanding of welding various types and thicknesses of metals. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating hand tools such as grinders and drills, and have experience with fabrication equipment including shears, brakes, and band saws.

    Responsibilities

    + Manually load and unload products onto work tables with weights up to 25 lbs.

    + Perform welding using TIG, MIG, and stick welders.

    + Utilize common hand tools for product fabrication, including power drills, die grinders, hammers, and porta-bans.

    + Operate shop equipment for product fabrication such as shears, press brakes, drill presses, bench grinders, and Do All saws.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.

    + Experience in fabrication and mechanical processes.

    + Ability to build and fabricate products.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A minimum of 2 years of welding experience.

    This is a Contract position based out of LA VERGNE, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
