    Job Title: Stainless Tig Welder** **Job Description

     

    Engage in TIG welding of thin-walled stainless steel tubes, pipes, and various structures using the Miller Syncrowave 180 TIG Welder. You will also utilize fixturing equipment such as magnetic and corner clamps, and fabrication equipment including miter saws, band saws, and grinders. Contribute to welding structures for the world's highest throughput metal 3D printing system.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform TIG welding on thin stainless steel, ensuring precision and quality.

    + Utilize fixturing and fabrication equipment effectively.

    + Engage in structural welding and other fabrication duties in the machine shop.

    + Contribute to the production of high-quality parts using advanced technologies.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of TIG welding experience.

    + Proficiency in precision welding of thin stainless steel.

    + Experience in an aerospace environment is highly preferred.

    + Ability to work with metal alloys such as Inconel, aluminum, titanium, and steel.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in structural welding is a plus.

    + Familiarity with blueprint reading, grinding, fitting, and machining.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Segundo, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
