    Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description

     

    As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets. You will monitor the quality of products and stack orders based on daily demands. This role requires standing for 10+ hours a day and involves repetitive lifting of up to 25 lbs. Attention to detail and comfort with inventory counting are essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Pull, pack, and load products onto pallets.

    + Monitor product quality and stack orders according to daily requirements.

    + Perform inventory counting and ensure accuracy.

    + Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.

    + Stand for prolonged periods (10+ hours) during shifts.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor roles.

    + Proficiency in picking, packing, palletizing, and using RF scanners.

    + Ability to adhere to packaging and inventory procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience as a picker/packer.

    + Background in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.

    Work Environment

    The work environment includes shifts from 7AM to 3:30PM or 3:30PM to 12AM, with extended hours possible. The facility is non-climate controlled but not excessively hot. Employees must adhere to GMP guidelines, which include wearing hairnets or beard coverings, and avoiding jewelry, false eyelashes, false nails, body glitter, and perfumes. Steel toes are not required.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
