• Production Supervisor

    Aerotek (New Carlisle, IN)


    Responsibilities

    + Supervise a team of approximately 20 individuals, ensuring they meet established goals and objectives.

    + Lead by example, maintaining a visible presence on the production floor.

    + Drive a forklift or perform necessary tasks as required to ensure team effectiveness.

    + Implement and oversee process improvements to enhance production standards.

    Essential Skills

    + 3-5 years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Proven ability to improve standards within a department.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in corrugated manufacturing is a plus.
