Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description
Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will be an integral part of a local parts cleaning company. You will start with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm for the first 30 to 90 days. Eventually, your shift will transition to either Wednesday through Saturday or Sunday through Wednesday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Your primary responsibilities will include processing, cleaning, and inspecting parts and assemblies used in high-tech semiconductor manufacturing.
Responsibilities
+ Process, clean, and inspect parts and assemblies in a controlled cleanroom environment.
+ Disassemble, clean/refurbish, reassemble, perform final clean, and prepare parts.
+ Strive to maintain the highest safety and quality standards while focusing on customer needs and company values.
+ Practice inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels are maintained.
+ Receive, inspect, process, package, and transport parts and components.
+ Use and support maintenance of processing equipment such as media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, and ovens.
+ Utilize a combination of mechanical and chemical cleaning techniques.
+ Daily use of safety equipment, including hearing protection, safety glasses, face shields, chemical-resistant aprons, and gloves.
+ Handle potentially hazardous materials following appropriate manufacturing and safety procedures.
+ Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing appropriate cleanroom garments and following stringent micro-contamination protocols.
+ Strictly adhere to all corporate, industry, and site protocols and procedures.
+ Ensure work area, equipment, and tools are clean and properly organized.
+ Read and understand written work instructions and procedures, annotating each step as complete.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with production, hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.
+ Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs.
+ Experience in assembly and inspection processes.
+ Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and chemical handling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ General labor experience in assembly and chemical handling.
+ Experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
