    Job Title: Production Associate

    Job Description

    We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to assist with various tasks in our manufacturing facility. This role involves moving warehouse racks, painting, cleaning, and relocating lightweight equipment such as welders and drill presses. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in an industrial environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Move and reposition warehouse racks and other storage systems as directed.

    + Perform basic painting tasks on facility surfaces, equipment, and structures.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the manufacturing facility, including sweeping, debris removal, and general upkeep.

    + Safely move and set up lightweight equipment such as welders, drill presses, and other shop tools.

    + Assist with minor facility repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

    + Follow all safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

    + Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + General labor skills, including packing equipment for moving facilities and disassembling warehouse racks.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for disassembling and reassembling warehouse racks.

    + Experience in construction, cleaning, and painting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

    + Ability to work safely in an industrial environment.

    This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
