SMX is seeking OSINT/PAI Targeting Analysts to join our growing team!

This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

+ Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources

+ Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates

+ Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments

Required Skills & Experience

+ Required Clearance: TS/SCI

+ Minimum of eight (8) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community

+ Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development

+ Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred

+ Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction

+ Demonstrated experience using all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology

+ Expert proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology

+ Strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources)

+ Firm understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy

+ Strong briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing senior level stakeholders

+ Must be willing to deploy as needed and have a valid US passport

The proposed salary for this position is:

$78,100—$254,500 USD
