    What We’re Looking For:

    + Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor (Audi experience is a strong plus)

    + Strong knowledge of automotive repair and service processes

    + Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills

    + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    + Proficiency with DMS systems (CDK/ADP preferred)

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,000.00 to $114,000.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, and Individual Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
