Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building workflows, customizing applications, and leading projects to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Customization:
+ Design and implement ServiceNow solutions including Service Catalog, workflows, record producers, and portal components.
+ Write and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other server-side and client-side components.
+ Write and manipulate objects on server and client sides
Project Leadership:
+ Lead ServiceNow projects from writing stories, design through deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
+ Collaborate with QA teams to resolve defects and ensure readiness for customer release.
Documentation & Deployment:
+ Prepare deployment instructions and maintain detailed technical documentation.
+ Ensure compliance with internal development standards and best practices.
Risk Management:
+ Identify and communicate risks or concerns to client leads promptly.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
+ Minimum 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
+ Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, workflows, and record producers.
Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting modules, and web application development.
+ Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) and code testing on ServiceNow.
Certifications:
+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
+ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
Additional:
+ Experience with HRSD module is a plus.
Soft Skills:
+ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
+ Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Top 3 Skills:
+ 6-7+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience
+ Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, workflows and record producers
+ Ability to lead and manage resources, stakeholders and deliverables for projects
