Field based position supporting on-premise accounts throughout Los Angeles County. This position will support our spirits suppliers such as: LALO Tequila, Tito's Vodka, Brown-Forman & more!

Position Responsibilities:

+ Territories include Los Angeles County, including coastal cities (Gardena or Santa Fe Springs)

+ Responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel

+ Responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing

+ Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory

+ Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics

+ Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 4 plus years related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of supervisory experience

+ Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law

+ Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products
