    Job Title: Coupa Analyst

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Coupa Analyst to join our team for a project focused on the build-out. This role involves implementing a new workflow approval hierarchy and standardizing processing for vendors, categories, and invoices. Additionally, you will be tasked with building a new delegation of approval (DOA) matrix.

    Responsibilities

    + Plan and design workflows for the Coupa build-out project over a two-week period.

    + Install and implement new processes for vendor, category, and invoice standardization within two weeks.

    + Develop and establish a new workflow approval hierarchy.

    + Create and implement a new DOA matrix.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in Coupa implementation and ERP systems.

    + Proficiency in Excel, specifically with pivot tables and vlookups.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Over 3 years of experience working with Coupa is desirable.

    Work Environment

    This is a remote opportunity, with the project expected to last 6-8 weeks. If you are local, there is a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week. The role demands a commitment of 40 hours per week with no overtime.

    This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $68.00/hr.
