SCHEDULE: Days, Monday-Friday typically 8a-5p
ATTRIBUTES
+ At least three (3) to five (5) years of prior relevant experience
+ Exceptional organizational skills and creativity
+ High level of computer and software competency; proficient with database administration and infrastructure; Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
+ Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
+ Proven written and oral communication skills
+ Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare monthly general and standard journal entries. • Prepare monthly account reconciliations. • Maintain established department policies, procedures, objectives, and quality assurance. • Enhance professional growth and development through educational programs, seminars, workshops, conferences, etc. to keep abreast of the field. • Maintain required records, reports, and files • Ensures timely and accurate completion of monthly financial statements for management review and assists with the budget development. • Analyzes financial reports and records, making recommendations relative to the accounting reserves, assets and expenditures. • Prepares and analyzes 990 workbooks and works as liaison with auditors during annual audits. • Perform other duties as directed
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
