In this role, you’ll have the unique responsibility of ensuring product quality and safety, with the freedom to start and stop production as needed to ensure quality and safety. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with various equipment and duties, enhancing your skillset in a safe and empowering work environment.

With a competitive **pay rate of $20 per hour plus a quarterly incentive bonus** , this position offers the chance to develop your career while **working Tuesday through Friday from 7 AM to 5PM, with Mondays off. Some overtime can be offered on Mondays during our busy season.**
