We are seeking a **Senior Finance Manager** to join the Subscriptions Finance team, focusing on xCloud Game Streaming. You will help build financial models to understand regional and SKU-level unit economics, execute strategic decisions on streaming capacity planning and help the business scale efficiently. You will partner with Engineering, Business Planning, and Data Science teams to provide insights and perspective on the Cloud P&L.     Responsibilities

    + Build stakeholder relationships by providing expert financial consulting, adapting to changing circumstances, influencing others. Serve as a trusted advisor to support engineering and business teams, to deliver impactful financial solutions in dynamic and sometimes challenging discussions.

    + Build financial models to provide insights and recommendations to achieve Cloud specific gross margin goals, and collaborate with business leaders to define financial analysis to assess new Cloud initiatives.

    + Apply advanced understanding of Microsoft Finance and business to evaluate results and analysis, and drive efficiency improvements across all the regions we server Cloud streaming, and expansion to more regions.

    + Convey complex financial concepts, insights, and solutions in a clear, concise, and compelling manner by utilizing storytelling techniques to engage and inform technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and reporting requirements by reviewing the accuracy of financial documents and business processes.

    + Consult with business partners on sharing financial information and maintaining consistency with corporate policies.

    Qualifications

    Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

     

    Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
