    The pay range per hour is $17.45 - $29.62

    As a Folder Gluer Specialist working within Target Printing Services, you’ll assist in make-ready and running of fold and glue equipment.

    As a **Forklift Operator** , you will…

    + Safely operate stand up reach truck, riding pallet jack, and other PIT equipment while moving product safely throughout our facility

    + Staging product, ensuring production lines remain operating without delays.

    + Preparing finished work for shipment, including banding, and wrapping skids.

    + Loading/unloading incoming and outgoing trailers.

    + Logging receipts in warehouse software and Microsoft Excel.

    + Assisting in maintaining forklift lifts, and powered pallet jack equipment, as necessary.

    About you:

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Ability to collaborate effectively with partners.

    + Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.

    + Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

    + Ability to safely operate hydraulic lift equipment.

    + Ability to follow standard operating procedures with minimal supervision.

    + Some data entry and PC experience preferred.

    + Previous experience working in a shipping/receiving or warehouse setting preferred.
