The successful candidate will manage committee operations, support case review activities, ensure accurate documentation, and facilitate communication with providers. The position also supports select Medical Staff Office (MSO) functions, including committee coordination, credentialing data entry, and special projects.The company offers a great work environment! Medical Staff Coordinator - MSPRC Responsibilities: * Committee & MSO Support: * Prepare, distribute, and track meeting invitations and agendas for MSPRC meetings. * Compile and circulate pre-MSPRC case materials for committee members. * Executive Committee (MEC): * Assist in special projects related to the credentialing and privileging process. * Monitor referral emails and manage the intake of new case referrals. * Summarize case details to determine whether cases should advance to MSPRC, be redirected, or tracked for trend analysis. * Coordinate with reviewers, send case summaries, and collect feedback. Medical Staff Coordinator - MSPRC Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience supporting clinical committees. * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * An associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Nursing is preferred. * Background in quality and experience working in a community hospital setting * Familiarity with the RL system, APeX EMR, and quality/risk management systems is strongly preferred. Shift: * Monday-Friday, 40 hours (8 hours each day). (H)
