    Responsibilities

    The Supply Chain Operations Analyst supports warehouse and manufacturing operations by tracking shipping activity, coordinating material staging, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality control for receiving and put-away. This role blends hands-on coordination with data analysis and reporting to improve material flow and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Track and analyze daily shipping requests and identify delays or issues.

    + Stage equipment and materials from the warehouse to manufacturing based on pull demand.

    + Monitor receiving and shipping productivity and maintain related performance reports.

    + Perform quality checks on incoming materials and oversee accurate put-away.

    + Support problem solving and process improvement through reporting and data analysis.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.

    + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred.

    + Detail-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
