Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $75/hr – Everett, WA – Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervisory oversight to Behavior Technicians and deliver behavioral services for K–12 students in private school settings. This role includes conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and training families and staff to implement effective behavioral strategies.

Assignment Details:

+ Location: Everett, WA

+ Start Date: January 12, 2026

+ End Date: 5-month assignment

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 35 hrs/week

+ Modality: In-person

+ Pay Rate: $75/hr | W2 position with full benefits

+ Openings: 0.5 FTE

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct functional behavior and educational assessments

+ Develop individualized treatment plans and behavioral strategies

+ Train families, caregivers, and school staff

+ Supervise and support Behavior Technicians

+ Monitor progress and maintain compliance with timelines

+ Complete reports and documentation within required time frames

Requirements:

+ Current BCBA certification (BACB) or BCaBA under BCBA supervision

+ Preferred experience in school-based behavior analytic programs

+ Current CPR certification

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
