    Amergis Educational Staffing is thrilled to partner with a school in Milton, MA to bring on a dedicated Occupational Therapist for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year.     Position Snapshot

    + Location: Milton, MA

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:20 AM – 2:49 PM

    + Pay Rate: Up to $60/hour

    Caseload

    + Elementary school students

    What You’ll Do

    + Provide individualized and group OT services aligned with IEP goals

    + Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess student needs

    + Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment

    + Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success

    + Track and document progress toward academic, social, and emotional goals

    + Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to plan development

    What We’re Looking For

    + Active MA Occupational Therapist License

    + At least 1 year of experience with students with intellectual or developmental disabilities

    + Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

    + Ability to provide academic and behavioral support in classroom settings

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills
