About the Role

As a Sr. Functional Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Planning and scheduling processes across the organization. You will be a valued member of Cognizant’s Oracle HCM Practice team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, IT teams, and business leaders to deliver innovative payroll solutions aligned with organizational goals.

In this role, you will

+ Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Workforce Scheduling solutions to streamline workforce planning and scheduling.

+ Oversee integration of Workforce Scheduling with Oracle Cloud HCM and other enterprise systems for seamless data flow.

+ Provide expert guidance on Workforce Scheduling best practices to improve efficiency and compliance.

+ Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve scheduling challenges.

+ Conduct workshops, training sessions, and testing to validate solutions and educate stakeholders.

What you need to succeed (Required skills)

+ Strong background in Oracle HCM Workforce Scheduling with proven implementation experience.

+ Proficiency in system integration and data management related to scheduling and workforce planning.

+ Experience conducting user training and workshops for Oracle HCM Workforce Scheduling.

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex Workforce Scheduling.

Working Arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client office in Irving, TX. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000- 162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
