About the Role
As a Supply Chain & Merchandising Program Manager, you will make an impact by leading the delivery and implementation of critical applications during divestiture programs, ensuring seamless transition from parent to divested organizations. You will be a valued member of the Retail & Consumer Goods Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead and manage end-to-end Supply Chain and Merchandising programs for Cognizant’s retail and consumer goods clients, focusing on divestiture initiatives.
+ Oversee program governance, including stakeholder management, communication ceremonies, benefits realization, change management, and scope management.
+ Drive delivery estimation and planning, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timeline management across the organization.
+ Monitor and report progress against established measures and metrics (e.g., bid vs. did, SLA, operational and contractual KPIs).
+ Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to operational best practices and driving optimal business value.
+ Support business development pursuits, collaborating with Commercial/Account Teams to identify and define new business value opportunities for clients.
+ Establish and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
+ Lead and develop teams, promoting career growth, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion.

What you must have to be considered
+ Minimum 15 years of experience managing, implementing, and supporting retail or consumer goods business and technology projects.
+ Deep domain expertise in Retail and/or Consumer Goods industry.
+ Extensive experience in Supply Chain management.
+ Advanced subject matter expertise in Merchandising.
+ Proven track record in program management, governance, and delivery within large-scale transformation initiatives.

+ Experience with divestiture programs and application transitions.
+ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
+ Ability to drive change management and process improvement.
+ Demonstrated leadership in team development and fostering an inclusive culture.
