In this role, you will lead end-to-end AI Indexer programs—spanning data ingestion, model orchestration, metadata enrichment, retrieval systems, and workflow transformation. You will partner with senior executives to design future-ready AI architectures that unlock measurable business value through intelligent automation, advanced search, and content understanding.
Key Responsibilities
+ **AI Strategy & Roadmap**
+ Lead enterprise AI Indexer strategy engagements, including visioning, business case creation, use-case prioritization, and value realization plans.
+ Define scalable AI Indexer architectures involving multimodal ML models, vector databases, retrieval frameworks, and cloud/on-prem pipelines.
+ **Client Engagement & Advisory**
+ Conduct executive workshops with C-suite and cross-functional teams to align AI indexing capabilities with strategic business goals.
+ Assess AI maturity across data governance, metadata quality, storage infrastructure, and model readiness; recommend actionable improvements.
+ **Solution Architecture & Delivery**
+ Guide the selection and deployment of AI/ML models (vision, NLP, metadata extraction, deduplication, embeddings, and clustering) for enterprise-scale indexing.
+ Define and oversee ingestion workflows integrating cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ), high-speed NAS storage, and distributed processing frameworks.
+ Ensure AI indexer solutions support scalability, security, compliance, and operational continuity.
+ **Change Management & Adoption**
+ Drive organizational enablement, training, and process redesign to fully embed AI indexer capabilities in business operations.
+ Champion KPI tracking, continuous improvement, and performance optimization of indexing pipelines.
+ **Leadership & Team Development**
+ Lead and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, and delivery excellence.
+ Support sales and pre-sales cycles by shaping AI Indexer proposals, PoCs, and client showcases.
Qualifications
+ min 8–12 years in AI strategy, digital transformation, enterprise data programs, or consulting leadership roles.
+ Demonstrated success leading complex AI Indexer or AI/ML transformation projects with measurable business outcomes.
+ Strong understanding of AI and data ecosystems, including:
+ Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure,
+ Modern data stacks: Databricks, BigQuery
+ AI tooling: vector databases, retrieval systems, model orchestration, MLOps
+ Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business value, ROI modeling, and competitive differentiation.
+ Excellent communication and executive-level facilitation skills.
