    We are seeking a skilled **Senior Technical M365 Architect** for Post-Migration Onsite Support Specialist to provide hands-on assistance to end-users across multiple locations following Microsoft 365 migration. This is a **travel-intensive role** requiring strong troubleshooting skills for M365 workloads, excellent customer service, and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly

    In this role, you will:

    + Provide onsite support to end-users post-M365 migration across designated locations.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Email (Exchange Online), OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams and other M365 apps

    + Assist users with Client configuration (Outlook, OneDrive sync, Teams setup) and profile setup and authentication issues.

    + Diagnose and resolve network-related blocks impacting M365 services.

    + Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary.

    + Document and report recurring issues for continuous improvement.

    + Provide end-user training and guidance on M365 features and best practices.

    + Maintain compliance with organizational security and data protection policies.

    What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):

    + Strong experience in Microsoft 365 troubleshooting (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).

    + Knowledge of Windows and macOS client configuration.

    + Ability to identify and resolve network connectivity issues.

    + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    + Customer-focused with a proactive approach.

    + Willingness to travel extensively across multiple locations.

    + Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

    + Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

    **Travel Requirement:** This is a traveling role; candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel to different client sites.
