    Pay: $25/hr | 35 hrs/week

    Why You’ll Love This Role

    As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work closely with school professionals and behavioral specialists to help students achieve their learning and behavioral goals. Your support will empower students to thrive academically and socially.

    What You’ll Do

    + Implement ABA strategies and behavior intervention plans

    + Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support

    + Assist with crisis intervention and reinforce positive behaviors

    + Support students in developing independence through daily routines

    + Document sessions and collect data accurately

    + Collaborate with teachers and BCBAs to meet IEP goals

    What We’re Looking For

    + High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

    + WI DPI Special Education Paraprofessional License or eligibility

    + Experience working with children and special education (preferred)

    + Current CPR certification & PPD/Chest X-ray (as required)

    + Strong communication and computer skills
