What You’ll Do

+ Provide consultation, training, and behavioral evaluations

+ Develop and implement ABA therapeutic programs

+ Create behavior intervention plans for children ages 1–10

+ Supervise and mentor behavioral service delivery teams

What We’re Looking For

+ Current BCBA Certification (BACB)

+ Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Teaching, or related field

+ WI BCBA license (must be willing to obtain MN BCBS certification – we’ll pay for renewals!)

+ Experience with ASD clinical work (2,000+ hours or equivalent coursework)

+ CPR, TB screening, and health certificate as required

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
