Urgent Hire School Paraprofessionals – Northville, MI

Full-Time | 35 Hours/Week | $22/hr | Start January 5, 2026

Position A: Elementary Support

+ Schedule: 8:20 AM – 3:50 PM (30-min break)

+ Role: 1:1 support for a 1st grade student and a Young 5’s student

+ Students: Active, mobile learners

+ Responsibilities: Implement Behavior Intervention Plans as directed

+ Requirement: ABA experience required

Position B: Middle School Support

+ Schedule: 7:40 AM – 3:15 PM (30-min break)

+ Role: 1:1 support for a 7th grade ASD student in a small classroom setting

+ Additional Duties: Toileting assistance required

+ Requirement: ABA experience required

Minimum Requirements

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB screening and health certificate (as required)

+ Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
