Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience in client-facing project management roles, delivering key projects.
+ Experience in working with measurement solutions (e.g. incrementality tests, MMMs, MTAs).
+ Ability to create goals for clients, aligning client business goals with AI-powered technical solutions.
+ Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
+ Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (including sales, investigative leads, solutions architects, and sales engineers) and to influence executive stakeholders.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
+ Build clear processes that directly link media performance metrics to core customer business outcomes, ensuring clients believe in and understand the impact of Google media.
+ Drive growth by owning the measurement strategy and developing investigative methods (A/B tests, MMM, MTA) to optimize client use of Google products.
+ Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
+ Engage in strategic partnerships with customers to define their data and measurement strategy, and then collaboratively establish a roadmap and direction to guide its successful execution; navigate customer ambiguity and policy complexities.
+ Educate, drive influence, and build relationships with relevant stakeholders through deep measurement subject matter expertise.
