Our 10-week paid Summer Internship Program gives students hands-on exposure to the dynamic cruise and leisure travel industry. Interns contribute to meaningful projects while participating in professional development, leadership sessions, and enrichment activities that showcase life at Princess.

     

    We are looking for an amazing Intern, Strategy and Business Operations to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office.

    Responsibilities

    + The intern will support the Strategy & Business Operations team in analyzing key business questions and presenting recommendations to the senior leadership team by:

    + Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic recommendations

    + Building clear, concise slides that communicate findings logically and persuasively

    + Supporting workstream leads in structuring ambiguous problems, defining hypotheses, and developing work plans

    + Gathering, cleaning, and synthesizing data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights, and operational improvement

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    + Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.

    + Strong communication and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    + Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.

    + This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)
