    Customer Service Representative- WFH (Must live in NV)

    Remote (work from home)

    $17/hr. + quarterly bonuses (average $700)

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 1 year in a call center setting.

    + Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen

    + Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices

    + Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types

    + Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively

    What you’ll do:

    + You will handle customer inquiries via inbound calls

    + You’ll provide an amazing service to all customers with clear and accurate information.

    + You will research unique inquires to provide a resolution or escalate inquire if needed.

    + You’ll be responsible for following up with all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.

    + You will use internal resources to solve inquiries and keep customer notes in the company database.
