Required Education/Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or an equivalent field and 8 years of relevant work experience.

Relevant Work Experience

+ Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience, required.

+ Three or more years of proven experience managing people and teams, required.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365, required.

+ Demonstrates proficiency in Oracle EBS, possesses extensive project management experience, and consistently exhibits strong leadership skills, required.

+ Supply Chain experience at operations level, preferred.

+ Experience using Agile, Scrum, or Rapid Results in project management or product development, preferred.

+ Knowledge of the procurement process, preferred.

+ Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

Additional Physical Demands

+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

+ Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory and meet with suppliers as needed.
