Love making people smile and serving up fun? Join **Team Merlin** as a **Café Host** and help keep the magic going one snack, drink, and friendly greeting at a time!

As a part-time Café Host, you’ll welcome families into our themed café spaces, serve food and beverages, keep everything sparkling clean, and create a warm, upbeat atmosphere. You’ll also have the chance to **cross-train in our retail store** and grow your skills!

• What You’ll Do

+ Bring enthusiastic, friendly guest service to every interaction

+ Serve food & drinks while keeping the café clean, stocked, and inviting

+ Support sales goals with a positive, proactive attitude

+ Manage lines safely and smoothly

+ Follow opening/closing procedures and uphold safety standards

+ Interact confidently with guests of all ages

+ Maintain a safe environment and support overall attraction operations

Qualifications & Experience

+ 6 months – 1 year experience working in food service/concessions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.

+ Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.

+ Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.

+ Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.

+ Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.

+ Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
