We have an opening for an Accounting Intern at our headquarters in Lake Forest.

Responsibilities include:

+ Support month end close activities, including journal entry preparation and balance sheet account reconciliations.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

+ Learn to navigate business-related software programs (Oracle ERP, Oracle ARC).

+ Analyze data and processes.

+ Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

+ Communicate project results to management via oral presentations and written reports.

Educational Requirements/Qualifications:

+ Must be a currently enrolled college student majoring in Accounting, Finance or other applicable major and completed sophomore year.

+ A minimum grade point average of 3.0/ 4.0 is required. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Abilities/Skills:

+ Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential.

+ High energy with demonstrated intellectual curiosity.

+ Ability to meet assigned deadlines.

+ Candidate must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

+ Starting hourly range for this position: $25.00 - $30.00 depending on your academic year.

+ Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
