POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
We are looking for a bright minded, self-motivated, teamplayer with a strong background and skilled with a high degree of intellectualcuriosity and abilities with:
+ Meeting/exceedingrevenue goals for set product line while delivering on establishedstrategic objectives for specific client accounts.
+ Youwill cultivate and grow partnerships with clients to support them inadvancing their programs. You will work cross-functionally withstakeholders and negotiate with clients to drive projects forwardleveraging our services.
**Capable of selling** :
+ LargeIT Application Management Services, Cloud opportunity migrationoperations, IT cyber security services, ERP applications, IT applicationdevelopment and management.
+ Sourcingleads, mapping stakeholders and outreach to surface relevant clientinterests and opportunities.
+ Determiningwhere our services are best positioned to support clients- objectives;negotiating with accounts to drive projects forward.
+ Securingand managing pull-through of contracts with assigned client accounts.
+ Buildingrelationships with executives at partner organizations, enablingidentification, development of and support for additional value-creationopportunities.
+ Developingcontract structures and unique approaches to solving a customer-s knownchallenges.
+ Employinga nuanced enterprise sales approach to understand influencers, approversand decision makers across the client-s business continuum and influencingthem to act quickly.
+ Workingclosely with Account Team (Business Development, Alliance Management,Operations) to ensure communication/coordination when projects span clientstakeholder groups and/or our portfolio.
+ Collaboratingwith Management and Operations to manage existing business and identifynew opportunities for account growth.
+ Trackingprogress against defined strategic objectives and revenue goals; reviewingprogress/setbacks frequently with broader Account Team and Leadership.
+ Contributingto the development of portfolios by providing feedback to Leadershipregarding client responses and suggestions; maintaining asolution-oriented mindset.
+ Stayinginformed on industry, domain environments, emerging developments andclient priorities.
Specific Requirements/Qualifications:
+ Relevantexperience in Business Development and Sales with ITO (IT Outsourcing)deals.
+ Entrepreneurialsales approach and thrives most in a high growth, rapidly evolvingbusiness environment.
+ Proactivemindset that bridges ideas to implementable solutions and can help moveboth internal and external stakeholders to quickly solve problems.
+ Deeprelationships with stakeholders.
+ Provenability to navigate multi-faceted client organizations with repeatedsuccess.
+ Abilityto set strategies/tactics that are aggressive but realizable.
+ Winsfollowers with a positive and energetic approach to work and life; gainsenergy from solving difficult problems.
+ Exceptionalaccount management, articulation of issues and an ability to navigate awide range of stakeholders to solve problems.
+ Manageaccountability against measurable revenue/profit growth.
+ Identifyingand forging partnerships and tapping into existing alliance partnershipsfor growth.
+ Proventrack record of creating and owning overall client satisfaction andcontinuing growth and evolution of clients. Driving successful delivery ofwork product and cultivating strong client relationships.
+ Executiveengagement, client expectations, value reinforcement, cross-sell,strategic engagement strategies that lead to relationship building atC-level.
+ Providingleadership and direction to client and teams, fully leveraging all directand indirect resources and ensuring optimal levels of productivity,service, communications and quality.
+ Effectivelymanage all aspects of the client relationship including contracts,pricing, profitability, internal revenue and profit forecasting.
+ Workingclosely with sales teams to develop proposal/presentation content andstrategy.
+ Stayingcurrent with industry trends and best practices to proactively sell fitfor purpose solutions and innovation.
+ Referencesfrom former clients vouching for past relationship management experience.
**Education:** Bachelor-s
degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business
Administration, or a related field.

with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range
represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay

The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are
considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to,
geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications,
experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and
business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an
individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base
salary range for the tagged location is 140K - 160K per annum, DOE.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including
variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are
eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any
other benefits to eligible employees.

compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount
and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation
