    The Katherine Thomas High School, a program of TLC in Rockville, MD, has an opportunity for a part-time (20 hours per week minimum) Speech Language Pathologist, beginning with the current school year. KTS services students with language, learning, sensory motor disabilities and/or high functioning autism. Equal Opportunity Employer

     

    The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students who exhibit communication learning problems related to speech, pragmatic language and autism.

     

    Hourly rate ranges from $36 to $45.50, based on experience

    Required Experience for the Speech Language Pathologist:

    + Masters degree in Speech Pathology, Speech and Hearing Sciences or equivalent degree

    + Must be licensed by the State of MD

    + Experience in Augmentative systems, Visualizing and Verbalizing and Social Thinking is a plus

    + Have strong diagnostic evaluation and report writing skills
