Purpose:
The Americas Regional Plan Manager will be supporting regional plan and partnering across key functions to support the monthly IBP process by facilitating aligned decision making for demand, supply, inventory, portfolio strategies, strategic projects, and the resulting financial impact.
This individual will act as a leader in the Americas Planning organization, collaborating with commercial and marketing business partners to develop new product introduction (NPI) and life cycle management (LCM) strategy while driving opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Drive NPIs and LCM strategy execution and including coordination with Regional Marketing team and Supply chain functions, to support supply and demand forecast readiness.
+ Supports advancement of IBP Planning Capabilities, leading areas that will enable growth, improve Customer Experience, and drive E2E Supply Chain efficiencies.
+ Has strong business acuity, understand the business; portfolio, markets, customers, challenges and demands.
+ Enable Plan to deliver or improve inventory targets by influencing forecast measures and finding ways to minimize Slob.
+ Consignment reporting and analytics in support of inventory optimization
+ Ability to influence Director and VP Levels within the organization (Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain) and in a multi-stakeholder environment.
+ Apply business and financial knowledge to drive decisions and key outcomes, demonstrating strong decision-making ability in a multiple scenario environment.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and manipulate large amounts of data and convert to clear business information.
+ Responsible for influencing large scale regional and global teams to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report key data, improving the decision-making process to bridge gaps vs. the financial plan and drive profitable trade off decisions where required.
+ Conducts analytics to address business problems with an end-to-end mentality.
+ Collaborates with multi-functional teams to prioritize Plan technology roadmaps for Vision.
+ Leads ongoing NPI and LCM process governance, regularly monitoring process integrity and compliance.
Qualifications
+ University bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. MBA preferred.
+ +5 years of related experience
+ Experience with ERP (SAP) & Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred
+ Experience with Supply Chain, Commercial/Marketing, Finance preferred.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data to drive insights
+ Strong collaboration, and influencing skills in a matrix organization
+ Ability to convey information and insights clearly, making the sophisticated clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms.
+ Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks at a time is required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
