    About the role:

    Are you passionate aboutbuilding strong relationshipswith customers? Do you thrive in delivering exceptional service while maximizing sales opportunities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Partner.

As a Senior Customer Experience Partner, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our customers' businesses, providing excellent service, and driving sales growth. You'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of customers, fromhandling many accountstomanaging larger,more complex clients with significant business impact.

    In this role:

    + You will understand our customers' business requirements and execute according to defined procedures and metrics.

    + You will build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and internal teams.

    + You will proactively identify and solve program exceptions, collaborating with the Global Service Centre team.

    + You will maintain procedures and metrics in line with business changes and analyze and address any gaps in service levels.

    + You will present program initiatives to internal stakeholders and coordinate projects initiated by clients or our team.

    + You will act as a liaison between our team and clients to improve understanding and communication.

    To thrive in this role, you'll need:

    + Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Maersk systems and MS Office tools.

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.

    + A solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management.

    + Experience in transportation or logistics, with at least 3-5 years in SCM or a related industry.

    + Client or program management experience is a plus.

    **Pay Range:** $65,100- $80,100*

    *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
