    Job Summary

    Culinary Warehouse Supervisor at Tropicana Field

     

    Supervises the process of receiving, putting away and storing product for the Culinary team.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Assists in keeping inventory of products.

    + Properly recieves product from the warehouse receiving team.

    + Stores product according to health department regulations and food safety controls.

    + Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.

    + Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Ability to stand for long periods of time.

    + Ability to push and pull carts of product.

    + Ability to lift equipment and product up to 50 pounds.
