    Job Summary

    The Agile Release Coordinator supports the planning, tracking, and execution of product and technology releases across multiple Agile teams. This role ensures alignment among stakeholders, clear communication, and smooth release execution. The Coordinator helps maintain release documentation, monitors risks, and promotes adherence to established Agile and release management processes.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Coordinate release schedules, dependencies, and milestones across teams.

    + Communicate release status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

    + Maintain release-related documentation, including risks, issues, and action items.

    + Facilitate cross-team communication to identify and resolve impediments.

    + Support governance processes to ensure consistent release practices.

    + Track key release metrics and provide reporting as needed.

    + Assist with Agile ceremonies and planning activities.

    Job Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

    Bonus Qualifications

    + Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)

    + Prior experience supporting software release cycles.

    + Agile certifications such as ScrumMaster, SAFe Practitioner, or AgilePM.

    + Proficiency in reporting and documentation tools.
