Role:
As a **Territory Sales Manager** , you will own the Southwest region and lead growth initiatives across Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountains, California, Arizona, and New Mexico. You’ll work with manufacturer representatives, distribution partners, and strategic accounts to deliver cutting-edge solutions for electronics and high-performance materials.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute a territory growth strategy aligned with Qnity’s business objectives.
+ Lead and motivate manufacturer reps and distribution partners to achieve revenue goals.
+ Build strong relationships with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and engineering teams to drive design wins.
+ Negotiate pricing, manage contracts, and ensure profitability across the territory.
+ Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to influence product strategy.
+ Represent Qnity at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
+ Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records and deliver reliable forecasts.
Key Metrics for Success
+ **Revenue Growth:** Achieve or exceed annual and quarterly sales targets.
+ **Design Wins:** Increase number of design-in projects and conversions to production.
+ **Channel Performance:** Improve rep and distributor engagement and productivity.
+ **Market Share:** Expand Qnity’s footprint in strategic accounts and emerging technologies.
+ **Forecast Accuracy:** Maintain reliable pipeline and CRM reporting.
Requirements:
+ 5–10 years of successful sales experience in electronic components, materials, or related industries.
+ Proven ability to manage manufacturer reps and distribution/channel partners.
+ Strong technical aptitude in electronics and materials (thermal management, interconnects, semiconductors, etc.).
+ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (MBA preferred).
+ Ability to travel extensively within the territory (50–70%).

The Pay range for this role is $93,630.60 - $147,133.80 Annual
**How Base Pay is Determined:** Qnity has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate. Each individual’s pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
