Premier PT is an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy group treating musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain for all conditions. We specialize in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, dry needling, vestibular interventions, splinting and certified hand therapy, industrial injury prevention and rehabilitation, recovery from auto accident injuries, post-concussion treatment, balance training, post-surgical rehabilitation, athletic training, and the treatment and rehabilitation of all types of acute and chronic pain and injury conditions. We believe strongly in serving our communities, and we provide outreach Athletic Training services to nine Delaware high schools and multiple community sport organizations. **We currently have ten locations throughout Delaware!**

Job Description
We are currently seeking a Front Office/Medical Receptionist for our clinic in Wilmington, DE. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, dependable, responsible and multitasked individual who can keep the front office running smoothly.
Job Duties:
+ Greet Patients
+ Answer Phones
+ Scheduling
+ Data Entry
+ Verify current personal and financial information
+ Verify Insurance Benefits
+ Acquire patient authorizations
+ Collecting money at time of service
+ Faxing, Filing, Scanning and performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ Outstanding Customer Service Skills
+ Team Player
+ Excellent Verbal Communication skills (in person and on phone)
+ Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
+ Ability to enter accurate data into EMR system
+ Attention to Detail
+ Time Management Skills
+ Well Organized
+ Must possess valid driver's license
