Join our growing team that works to keep people safe from security threats in the built environment.

    Responsibilities

+ Create device layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, details, risers/single-line diagrams, schedules, and annotated sheets conforming to TT standards.

+ Develop and maintain Revit families, view/sheet templates, filters, and project standards to enhance drawing quality and consistency.

+ Manage BIM workflows including model setup, links/coordinates, worksets, and sheet organization; support QA/QC of models and deliverables.

+ Assist with visualization tasks, including 3D views, diagrams, and presentation graphics for internal and client use.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement by piloting and documenting efficient modeling and documentation practices; interest in light scripting/automation (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper) is a plus.

+ Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and on-the-job learning to build technical understanding of security, telecom, and AV systems.

+ Participate in the development of next-generation visualization solutions.

    Requirements

+ Associate's or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting/Design, Engineering Technology, Interior Architecture, or a closely related field; an Architecture background is desirable.

+ Demonstrated proficiency with Autodesk Revit for building systems modeling and drawing production; foundational skills in family creation and sheet setup.

+ Familiarity with construction documents, drawing conventions, and coordination with other disciplines; strong graphic and written communication skills.

+ Working knowledge of Bluebeam; exposure to Navisworks, Dynamo, and ACC/BIM 360 is a plus.

+ Passion for modeling and visualization, with a strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation quality.

+ Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute positively in a collaborative environment.
