    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $16 - $18 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Hotel Maintenance Technician:

    + Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the hotel (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.)

    + Respond quickly to guest maintenance requests and work orders

    + Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and equipment

    + Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues

    + Assist with preventative maintenance programs

    + Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools

    + Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and management to address maintenance needs

    + Ensure compliance with safety procedures and building codes

    + Assist with emergency situations (e.g., leaks, power outages) as needed

    Available shifts:

    Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

    Job requirements:

    + Previous maintenance or handyman experience required

    + Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general repairs

    + Ability to work independently and efficiently

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Good communication skills

    + Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus

    + Background Check Required
