    + **Train & Develop** : Deliver impactful training—both in-person and virtual—to strengthen consult skills across the network.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + 10+ years of sales or training experience (dental industry a plus)

    + Proven success leading high-performing sales teams (2+ years)

    + Strong coaching, feedback, and motivational skills

    + Ability to teach consultative sales processes and deliver impactful training

    + Willingness to travel extensively

     

    Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 per year with on-target earnings potential 130,000
