•** **What You’ll Do as a Clinical Nurse Manager

+ Lead, inspire, and mentor caregivers to uphold BAYADA’s highest care standards.

+ Conduct client assessments throughout Fairfax, VA and surrounding areas.

+ Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution.

+ Supervise Home Health Aides in the field to ensure quality and compliance.

+ Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.

+ Perform skills competencies for both new and tenured staff.

•** **What You Bring

+ Active **Registered Nurse (RN) license** .

+ **2+ years of RN experience** required.

+ Supervisory/leadership experience **highly preferred** .
