    Your role and responsibilities

    * Drive revenue growth by leading sales, business development, and go-to-market activities for data, ML and analytics solutions.

    * Build and maintain strong C-level and executive relationships with clients to understand their business priorities and challenges.

    * Shape and position data-driven transformation strategies, including cloud migration, modernization, AI/ML adoption, and governance.

    * Partner with clients to define data strategy, operating models, and multi-year transformation roadmaps.

    * Lead solution shaping, proposal development, and contract negotiations for large and complex data programs.

    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consulting, delivery, product, ecosystem partners) to craft compelling end-to-end solutions.

    * Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on data platforms, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

    * Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue growth, and account expansion goals.

    * Represent the firm at industry forums, conferences, and client executive sessions to strengthen market presence.

    * Mentor and guide senior managers and architects in client engagement, sales, and solution leadership.

     

    Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs."

    Required technical and professional expertise

    * Required Skills & Experience:

     

    *

     

    * 15+ years of experience in consulting, technology services, or solution sales with a focus on data, analytics, and cloud solutions.

    * Proven track record of selling and closing large, multi-million-dollar deals in the data & Analytics space.

    * Strong client relationship management and ability to influence C-level executives (referenceable).

    * Deep understanding of enterprise data strategy, governance, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern data/AI ecosystems.

    * Experience in shaping and delivering complex data transformation programs across industries.

    * Strong business acumen (preferred) with ability to link data solutions to business outcomes (revenue growth, cost optimization, compliance).

    7. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
