We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Recruiting Admin** to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support for the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will play a key role in scheduling interviews, managing applicant data, and assisting with onboarding activities.

Job Title: Recruiting Admin

Pay Rate: $20/h - $22/h

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

+ Assist with onsite hiring events.

+ Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, status updates, and next steps.

+ Support recruiters with administrative tasks, including background checks and onboarding documentation.

Requirements:

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.

+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
