What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within financial institution locations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the security-related needs of the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.

+ Communicate clearly with employees, visitors, and/or clients while maintaining a professional presence.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance issues as observed during patrols.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders if needed during incidents at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
