    Are you ready to launch your HR career in a place where every day brings new opportunities to connect, create, and make a real impact? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-loving HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources crew! In this position, you will have the opportunity to support our HR operations team in the areas of employee relations, performance management, benefits, and HRIS. This is a full-time temp to perm position.

    + Be the Heartbeat of Our Team: You’ll often be the first contact for all things HR – whether its helping employees navigate policies, benefits, and workplace questions or triaging inquiries to appropriate team members.

    + Get Hands-on HR Experience: Help create and maintain our standard operating procedures regarding employee relations, policy, compliance, benefits and HRIS. Assist in preparing HR-related reports, memos, spreadsheets, presentations and other documents.

    + Make Connections: Schedule meetings, organize calendars, coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, and help keep our HR operations running smoothly.

    + Grow Your Skills: Dive into hands-on projects, from digitizing employee records to supporting projects related to organizational objectives and HR team initiatives.

    + Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds – this role is hybrid! You will have the ability to work remotely while also spending 2–3 days a week in our Bethel office.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + A high school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or Psychology is a plus!)

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Excellent communication - written and verbal

    + Discretion, professionalism, and high level of confidentiality

    + Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

    + Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, as needed

    + Previous HR or office experience is a plus, but not required for the role
