Forklift Operator | Warehouse Associate, APPLY ASAP!!!

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced **Forklift Operator** to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, supporting production processes, verifying shipments, and assisting with inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers, ensuring proper documentation.

+ Stage production materials and remove finished products from the production floor.

+ Reconcile product pull sheets with production requirements.

+ Perform accurate product counts, inspect freight for damage, and report discrepancies.

+ Conduct QA inspections for inbound and outbound shipments.

+ Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

+ Stock shelves and assist with UPS/FedEx shipments.

+ Perform daily equipment checks and ensure safe operation of forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

Essential Skills

+ Forklift operation and certification.

+ Picking, packing, and material handling.

+ Shipping and receiving experience.

+ Ability to lift up to **65 lbs** and perform physical tasks (stooping, kneeling, bending, standing for extended periods).

+ Comfortable working in varying temperatures (heat/cold).

Qualifications

+ Minimum **1 year of warehouse or manufacturing experience** .

+ Ability to operate forklifts and related equipment safely.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

+ Flexible schedule with occasional weekend hours.

+ Must be comfortable working with hay or hay-based products (no grass allergies).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.54 - $19.54/hr.
