    Description

    Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking for your next opportunity? Our team is seeking a talented HR professional to join our organization on a contract-to-hire basis. In this dynamic role, you will support various human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and more.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Act as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related issues.

    + Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and new-hire documentation.

    + Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.

    + Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

    + Manage employee records and HRIS data entry.

    + Support the performance management process and employee development initiatives.

    + Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement efforts as needed.

    Details:

    + Rate: $32–$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

    + Contract-to-hire opportunity.

    + Weekly pay, with access to benefits during contract period.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.

    + Bachelor's degree preferred

    + Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

    + Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

    + Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
